I am the mother of four breastfed children. Some of my interests include building tree houses and sewing. My husband is an oncologist that works in Altoona. I have been attending La Leche League for12 years, and been a leader for 8 years. I became an IBCLC in 2006. I am interested in looking at breastfeeding grants for PAMILC to do research.

I have worked at WIC for 9 years as the breastfeeding education co-coordinator. I became an IBCLC in 2003. I will be a busy stay at home mom starting in May to care for my active 5 year-old son and breastfeeding toddler. I love reading and running when I have time. My husband works in the field of construction.

I’m the mother of five home-grown, home-birthed, breastfed children, and the Ahmay (grandmother) of two breastfed children. My husband is an OB/Gyn in Huntingdon and I am the office manager and lactation consultant in our practice. I have been attending La Leche League for 31 years, been a LLL leader for 27 and an IBCLC for 20 years. I’ve been an Area Professional Liaison, a District Advisor and am currently an AAPL for LLL of WPa. I love to read and garden in my spare time.

I have worked at WIC for 22 ½ years. I became interested in breastfeeding through WIC and went to BSC to become a counselor. I wanted to be a La Leche League leader however; I never had children; so studied and became an IBCLC in 1995. My husband is a purchasing agent who is very supportive of my love of breastfeeding, and was a past worker at the PAMILC conference. I also like to sew, crochet, decorate cakes, and play the piano.
